CAPPELLANS

Formerly an independent race of bluish-skinned Reptiloids, the Cappellans are a female dominated warrior society who were drawn under Draconian domination after the Greys approached them a few centuries ago claiming to be fleeing from Draco overlords, and asking the Cappellans’ assistance and cooperation. In reality the deceitful Greys were working fully under the Dracos direction, and used their collaboration with the Cappellans to betray and conquer them. In recent times the female Cappellans — who are naturally taller than the males — rebelled and liberated themselves from the Greys and Dracos. They have since joined the Federated worlds in their efforts to blockade the Sol system from Draconian interventionists.

CARAVELDI

Known to be (at times) extremely dangerous to humans as well as to other alien races.
They come from constellation Chamaeleon.
They have been permanently involved in conflicts with a few other races for over 500 (Earth) years.
They are rarely seen on Earth.
They live up to 150 years old.
Reportedly they are 3 meters tall (9') and have 4 arms.

CARIANS

At their most evolved state, the ruling class of the Carians resemble humans with eagle-like features and coloring.
Like the original Felines, the Carians first arrived in this universe when it was being created. A group of 45 came at the request of the Founders of this universe to help assist and oversee the Universal Game.
The Founders gave the Carians a new planet in the Orion constellation for their home. It was more tropical in design and featured an abundance of humid swamps and jungles. It also had more islands than large land masses.
Like the Felines, they were etheric and, therefore, had to develop physical bodies from the life forms evolving on the planet’s surface. Of course they chose the life form that would become the bird and over a period of hundreds of thousands of years, they developed bodies of varying colors and sizes.
The Carians were known for their unique affinity towards colored plumage and so created physical bodies that reflected their creative talent in this area. That is why the Carians have much more variety of size, shape and color in their race than do the Felines. They can be 12 feet tall or only a few inches in height.
Also like the Felines, a group of the original 45 Carians remained etheric and became a council that oversaw and managed the development of their brothers and sisters who chose to incarnate on the planet as part of the upgrading of their physical forms.
When their physical vehicles had reached a certain level of development, they began genetic crossing (something they had learned from the Felines) with certain reptiles that had evolved in the swamps and warmer regions of the planet. The result of this genetic program was the creation of a new hybrid race known to us as the Draconians. They were part Carian and part reptile.
In time the Draconians became more abundant in the royal line of Aln than the purebred Carians. And like the Felines, eventually the House of Aln would be peopled more by Draconians, and their first derivative the flying serpents (Snakes), than Carians.
By the time of the First Earth, Grand Experiment, the House of Aln was headed by a winged serpent known as Cobazar. Cobazar is the father of Jehowah. See The 3 Earths, for more on this.
The Carians are known for their sharp analytical abilities and organizational skills. A predominant character trait of the Carians is their need to maintain a good appearance and image at all times. They are good team players as long as the team structure involves discipline and strictly adhered to codes of conduct.
You will find a preponderance of Carians involved in the creation and maintenance of stargates, dimensional grids and magnetic fields through out our galaxy and universe. Their inherent analytical abilities make them well-suited for this kind of work.
They are also known for their militaristic capabilities and their star ships are more advanced than any in the universe. They held the majority of the military posts during the First Earth, Grand Experiment. It was a Carian commander that ruled over the vast fleet of star ships and cruisers for the Lyran Galactic Federation, and the Royal Houses of Avyon and Aln.
This group’s most pronounced feature is a broad, downward-sloping proboscis, somewhat like an oversize broad bird beak or flexible dolphin beak, with the mouth underneath the beak. These Visitors have graceful ovoid heads, and long thin necks. They have thin, horizontal, slit-like eyes with dark pupils. They are telepathic, kind-hearted, and powerful healers and teachers.

CASSIOPAEANS

The Cassiopaeans are supposedly a highly advanced intelligent race of humanoids from the star system of Cassiopeia. Several New Age groups proclaim to channel these beings via telepathic communications. This is possibly another race based in more myth than fact. They have be described as beings of light, beings with halos or appearing in a dimensional energy form surrounded by light.

Member Name: The Great Star Union of Centaurus.
Accepted into the Galactic Federation: 1.1 million years ago.
Location: The Constellation of Centaurus is located between the constellations of Lupus and Vela. It is best known for its brightest star, the triple star system of Alpha Centauri (also known as Rigel Kentaurus). One of its triple stars is Proximi Centauri, which, at 4.3 Light Years, is the closest known star to Earth.
Distance From Earth: 4.3 to over 1,000 Light Years.
Life Form Type: A humanoid and a reptoid species.
Physical Appearance: The humanoid Centaurian closely resembles those humans now found on Earth. The male is very muscular and well-proportioned with blonde, brown, black or red hair. The eyes are either slightly Asian in shape, or are rounded, and are brown, black, blue, green or hazel in color. In height, males vary from nearly 6 feet to almost 8 feet (1.8 to 2.4 meters). Their skin color can be either a very dark brown or a slightly tanned white color. The female is also well-proportioned but less muscular, and ranges from 5 feet 5 inches to almost 7 feet (1.65 to 2.1 meters) tall.
The reptoid Centaurian has a very scaly lizard-like and muscular body. Its skin color is in patches of either green and blue, or red and green. The hands are narrower than a human’s and contain six digits which end in a razor-sharp, curved claw. The eyes are rounded and bulging with a reptoid-like vertical slit, and are either bright red or golden in color. There is no tail, but the feet have five long toes ending in the same curved claw. The female, at just under 8 feet (2.4 meters), is slightly taller.
Special Traits and Abilities: Centaurians are known for their abilities as great strategists and Federation Liaison Counselors. They excel at bringing groups of diverse sentient Beings together and at achieving their goals in a most peaceful and harmonious manner.
Average Amount of Sleep Needed: 2 to 4 hours.
Language: Humanoid language is quite guttural like German, but tonal-sounding like Chinese. Reptoid language is extremely guttural and filled with sounds that are difficult for most humans to replicate.
Mother Ship and Other Craft: Centaurians have two types of ships visible in Earth’s skies. The first ship is an all-purpose scout. It is bell-shaped, with a large lens-like circular wing attached to its underside. It is about 45 feet (14 meters) in diameter, and nearly 30 feet (9.1 meters) in height. The second is a command ship, shaped like a cigar with a small bulge in its middle, and is approximately 200 feet (over 60 meters) in length.

Member Name: The Star Nation of Tau Ceti.
Accepted into the Galactic Federation: Almost 2.5 million years ago. Bear-like mammaloids (the original inhabitants) permitted a human colony from the Constellation of Hercules to settle on their system’s fourth planet some 2.4 million years ago.
Location: Closest star to Earth in Constellation of Cetus (the Whale).
Distance From Earth: Approximately 11.8 Light Years.
Life Form Type: Sentient inhabitants are a galactic humanoid and a bear-like mammaloid.
Physical Appearance: Galactic humanoids closely resemble humans from Constellation of Hercules. Three major skin colors: brown (including a copper tone), red, and green (light and dark). Brown-skinned humans have light brown to copper-colored hair, or black to red-orange hair. Eyes range from greens and blues to browns and grays. Males are very well-proportioned and 7 feet to 8.5 feet (2.13 to 2.59 meters) tall. Women range from just over 6.5 feet to almost 8 feet (1.98 to 2.40 meters) in height. Green-skinned humans have light green to blonde or brown hair with green, hazel or steel-blue eyes, and are the same relative heights as brown-skinned humans. Red-skinned humans have red, orange or blonde hair with red, brown or dark blue eyes, and are also the same size as the other two types of humans. In all cases, females are quite buxom.
Bear-like mammaloids of Tau Ceti are huge, furry Beings with small furry tails and bear-like bodies covered in brown, black or blonde fur. Heads are bear-shaped but with a smaller muzzle. Teeth resemble those of a galactic human rather than of an Earth bear. Eyes are set forward and, like those of humans, are brown, blue or black. Ears, at the side of the head just above the eyes, resemble those of Earth’s bears. Highly sentient Beings walk on two legs, hence have a higher center of gravity than bears on Earth. Two muscular arms with paw-like hands containing five stubby claw-laden fingers. Very muscular legs end in very short feet with five stubby toes. Range in height from 9 to 12 feet (2.74 to 3.66 meters).
Special Traits and Abilities: Known for their abilities to design some of most advanced ships in Galactic Federation’s exploration fleets. Also considered some of best pilots and navigators in galaxy.
Average Amount of Sleep Needed: Average amount of sleep needed: Both species require only 1 to 2 hours per day.
Language: Human language is very guttural, like German or Arabic. Bear-like Being’s language sounds similar, but is deeper and more guttural.
Mother Ship and Other Craft: Scouts are huge, diamond-shaped, plasma craft about 200 to 250 feet (61 to 76.2 meters) long. Mother ships are usually the command ships of Galactic Federation exploration fleets. They look like a series of multi-layered blood cells in stacks of 20 to 50 cells, and vary from 4 miles to 44 miles (6.44 to 70.84 kilometers) in diameter.
A human race of ‘Mediterranean” or ‘South American” appearing, tan-skinned humans. Very similar to Caucasian humans on Terra except for SLIGHT differences (slightly pointed ears, higher physical ‘density” for their size, slightly broader nose, 5” 5” tall on average, and often wear short ‘Roman” or ‘crew” style haircuts). Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani are said to be a major ‘convergence” of exterran ‘human” activity, and are said to be in alliance with the Pleiadeans (who in turn, according to contactees, have ‘Federated” alliances with the Vegans, the Ummites, and others.). The Cetian alliance with the Pleiadeans and ‘other” societies who have been ‘victimized” by the ‘Grey” predators is based on a desire to establish a common defense against their reptilian nemesis. In astronomy, Cetus is the name of a constellation that lies on the celestial equator, just south of the constellation of Aries. It is also known as ‘The Whale’. The name Cetus refers to the name of the sea monster in Greek Mythology that was sent by Poseidon (Neptune) to kill Andromeda, but was killed by Perseus.
One of Cetus” star systems, Tau Ceti, is inhabited by a humanoid, Lyran Caucasian race (of ‘Blonds’). (Though one source mentions them as more tanned, Mediterranean or even South American looking). They are member of the Federation of Planets, and are believed to be one of the races that have contacted the US government to express their concern.
The inhabitants of Tau Ceti have been heavily involved in the war with the lizzies.
Interestingly, already in 1920, a contactee was told about the “Norcans,” a race of blond inhabitants of a planet circling Tau Ceti, who migrated to Earth, some 14.000 years ago. See also: Norcans.
Tau Ceti is also one of the systems from which present day scientists have received clear radio signals that are believed to be an indication of intelligent life. (See also: OZMA project). It is only 11.8 light years away from Earth. |

The Chitahuli in African oral history are a race of reptilian humanoids who evolved on earth in prehistory.
They represented themselves as gods, ordering the inhabitants of early Africa to mine minerals for them.
It is told in these oral histories, which are believed to date back to before recorded history, that the Chitahuli found mankind to be androgynous (hermaphroditic.) They created two caves with glowing lights in them, one red and one green, and depending which cave the human entered, it would emerge either male or female.
The Chitahuli are also said to be responsible for mankind speaking multiple languages, whereas mankind used a telepathic form of communication before that. By trading their telepathic abilities for verbal communication, mankind also lost the ability to telepathically communicate with and influence animals. According to these oral histories, the Chitahuli are still present on Earth today, and they are at least partially responsible for the secret societies in control today, including the inbred royal bloodlines who act as their middleman, controlling civilization on their behalf.

Reptilians genetically bred to enable themselves to appear ‘human’. Also less-humanoid appearing Reptiloids who use a form of technosis, molecular shape-shifting and/or laser holograms to produce an outward “human” appearance. Reports of these have surface from underground joint-operational facilities near Dulce, New Mexico; Dougway, Utah; Groom Lake, Nevada; Deep Springs, California; and Fort Lewis, Washington and elsewhere. They are reportedly involved in some type of infiltration agenda. These ‘infiltrators” can appear remarkably human outwardly , however at the same time retaining reptilian or neo-saurian internal organs. Many of the killings are associated with strange creatures we have called the Anomalous Biological Entities [ABEs]. It is reportedly a cross between a creature known as a ‘Grey” alien humanoid, mainly because the shape of its head and eyes, and what most witnesses describe as the body of a bipedal, erect dinosaur, but with no tail. Its head is oval in shape and has an elongated jaw. Two elongated red eyes have been reported, together with small holes in the nostril area, a small slit-like mouth with fang-type teeth protruding upwards and downwards from the jaw. Other witnesses have seen small pointed-ears, but this feature has not been seen by other witnesses. It appears to have strong course hair all over its body; and while most observers claim the hair is black, it has the remarkable ability to change colors at will, almost like a chameleon. In the dark, it will change to black or a deep brown color — in a sunlit area surrounded by vegetation, it changes to green, green-grey, light brown or beige. The creature has two small arms with a three-fingered clawed hand and two strong hind legs, again with three claws. This appears to enable it to run quickly and leap over trees (!) - some witnesses allege over twenty feet in a single bound. According to many observations, the creature’s legs look almost reptilian or goat-like. It has quill- like appendages running down from its back, with what seem to be fleshy membranes that change color from blue to green, red to purple, etc. A number of witnesses claim the creature flaps (at incredible speed) its tail and appendages, allowing it to actually fly (!). The tail apparently is used to guide its flight only - controlled mainly by the winds - only occasionally seen to flap. First reported in the town of Orocovis, the ABEs have been sighted in the municipality of Canovanas and in many areas of Puerto Rico. Its habits are both diurnal and nocturnal - as a matter of fact, it has been seen in broad daylight by several witnesses. One such occasion was witnessed by Madeline Tolentino and her neighbors in the Campo Rico community (municipality of Canovanas). They all observed it walking down a street(!) at 3.00pm in the afternoon. As they approached it, the creature ran away, ‘at a fantastic speed” and escaped. |

The Crill, or Krill, is the name given to a lizard species of the Draco system. The name originally was the name of one of the “ambassadors” that came to stay on Earth after the US Governement had its first official contact with them. Later on, the name got used to indicate the species “ambassador Crill” belonged to.
The late Bill Cooper, in the Krill Report, claimed that O.H. Crill (or Krill - both spellings are used), was one of the sources of the Yellow Book. Other researchers refer to an exchange ambassador known as ‘J-Rod” as (one of) the source(s) of the Yellow Book. |

Cygnus, the swan, is the name of an astronomical constellation, of which Deneb is the alpha star (See: Deneb).
According to Wendelle Stevens, the cygnusians are an alien race, members of the group under the jurisdiction of the “High Council of Andromeda,” but very different from humanoid races. Allegedly they have “large bulging eyes, a very wide spade mouth, no hair, and a dark oily-looking skin, possibly even wet-looking.” This “high council of Andromeda” would be linked to the Federation of Planets. |
