The Saami, that migrated from Barnard’s Star are are resident in the Saami (Lapland) region above the Arctic Circle in Scandinavia. These Hall dubbed the “Norwegians”. They are distinguished from regular humans by their having only 24 teeth, instead of the normal-human 32 teeth. Also, these Saami people can regrow a tooth to replace adult tooth which has been removed.
Otherwise they are indistinguishable from humans. Some of these Saami migrated to the U.S. and live in northern-tier states such as Wisconsin.
Zulu history also tells a story of a white-skinned man and a woman coming down from the sky on a cloud and alighting upon a hilltop. These people were white and shiny with hair of gold and wearing shiny clothes. Their huts are thatched with shining grass. Their village was said to be lit by a mightier light than any on this world.

SANTINIANS

The term Santinians is used to refer to the (humanoid) inhabitants of the Centauri System. The Centauri system is the nearest star system. The Santinians are, so to say, our galactic neighbors, living only four and a half light years away. They are of Vegan descent.
The name comes from the Italian, Santini, which means little saints.
The Santinians are one of the spiritually and technologically most advanced humanities in our neighborhood. There is a close connection to the Sirians, Pleiadians and Venusians. They are members of the Ashtar Command, and /or the Federation of Planets.
The home planet of the Santinians is called Metharia. It is one of several planets that revolve around Centauri A. The Centauri System consists of three stars, Centauri A, B and C. Centauri A and B form a double-sun. At this moment, Centauri C is the Sun’s nearest neighbor, though usually people refer to Alpha Centauri (or Centauri A), which is the brightest of the three stars, as being the nearest star, hence the name Alpha Proxima.

Large, hairy ‘humanoids” who are usually troglodytial or cavern-dwellers, although they have been known to forage through mountainous or wooded areas on the surface in search for roots, berries, grasses and nuts which make up their diet. They are believed to possess a heightened ‘sensing” ability which allows them to steer clear of ‘human” influence. They are more human than animal according to some reports although they have often been mistaken for animals, which has forced them to take up a largely subterran lifestyle. They have often been described as having a human face on an ‘ape-like” body. They are mostly strict vegetarians, which may be explained by the possibility that they MIGHT be a ‘hybrid” or ‘hubrid” between antediluvian humans and Sapiens. Such interbreeding, if possible back then, is certainly not possible in modern times due to increasingly divergent genetic strains between the two groups. Most Sasquatch apparently possess a human soul-matrix. They are usually described as being 6-9 ft. tall, while other branches may be smaller. ‘Hairy humanoids’, both large and smaller “dwarf like” entities, have on some occasions been observed in connection with UFO encounters, or subterranean encounters. Sasquatch have been known to attack humans ONLY in self defense (sometimes throwing large boulders to frighten intruders away). There have also been ‘hairy hominoids” which possessed either ‘robot-like” or ‘amphibian” characteristics, suggesting bio-genetic manipulation to create ‘biological machines” or ‘cyborgs’. There is a possibility that other entities, possibly more animal than human, are the result of humanoid-Sasquatch and nonhuman-Sapien interbreeding or genetic manipulation, in which case the offspring might be more human OR beast in nature, but this is mere speculation. Another type of ‘hairy humanoid” is allegedly the result of genetic manipulation, and have been reported in underground bases in northwestern New Mexico and in Southern Nevada.

Science fiction writer PHILIP K. DICK wrote letters at great length beginning in February 1978 referring to encounters with just such shining beings. He wrote half a million words on incidents between him and the light beings over a four year period before his death in 1982. Dick found himself kept awake at night by
‘vilent phosphene activity… within my head it communicated with me in the form of a computer like or Artificial Intelligence system like voice, quite different from any human voice, neither male nor femaile, and a very beautiful sound it was , the most beautiful sound I ever heard. ..the imposition of another human personality unto mine produced startling modifications in my behavior… Some living, highly intelligent entity manifested itself inside me and around me, but what it was , what its purpose was, where it came from… eatch theory leaves some datum unexplained… and “I know this is not going to change’. Dick’s insistence that it was both another ‘human personality and that it had a computerlike voice, supports the theories being presented here. If the shining beings that ‘imposed’ itself was both a robot and an emissary from a human source, this makes perfect sense.

Spica is the Alpha star of the Virgo constellation.
According to Barbara Hand Clow, the Spican solar system is inhabited by a higher dimensional humanoid race, that is approx. 13 feet (3.5 meter) tall, and they have been visiting Earth for a very long time. A lot of the Atlantean technology would be from Spican origin. But unlike the Atlanteans, the Spicans are a very well balanced race, with integrated male and female selves. In his book, “the coming of Tan”, Riley Martin describes how he was taken on board of a huge egg-shaped “mothership” in the vicinity of Saturn. On the mother-ship he learned it was inhabited by seven different species of intelligent technological life forms, of which the Stagyinas are one.
Riley describes them as follows: The Stagyians, by any stretch of the imagination, are very ugly creatures indeed. They stand nearly six feet tall and have dark red leather-like skin draped loosely over their skeletal-like frames. The head is long and prune-like, and the eyes are tiny, black and close set.
Even aboard the craft, they both wore some kind of breathing device over their mouths, and at times you could hear their rapid shallow breathing.
I was later to learn that the Stagyians, in spite of their physical appearance, are considered to be the Pacifists even among the aliens because of their ability to store and retain vast amounts of data and recall and disseminate the same. The Stagyians hold many scientific and other brainy positions among the Biaviians, with whom they are affiliated.
I further learned that the Stagyians are the ones who perform most, if not all, of the physical examinations for the Biaviians on abductees. It is apparently the sight of these ugly but harmless beings that has caused many abductees to remain terrified of the experience, even though I am told that the Biaviians have never physically harmed an abductee, yet I can’t truthfully make the same statement in regards to the Targs.
The Stagyians also communicated via telepahty. However, I could never comprehend any of what they were saying. On the other hand, neither could the Biaviians understand the Stagyians except by replaying or filtering their transmissions through some kind of electronic device.

Of several different types and varieties. Although reptilians AND humans apparently utilize ‘artificial intelligence” devices or organisms (technology itself being amoral, neither good nor evil), the Draconians as well as some ‘controlled” humans have apparently developed bio-synthetic or mechanical ‘entities” as EXTENSIONS of their activities. This is especially true with the bio-synthetic cybernetic creatures which the ‘reptilians” have allegedly ‘created” using cybernetics and biological organs stolen from animal and human mutilation victims. The synthetics are of many types, some of which are very ‘human-like” and which may be used as ‘infiltrators’. The robot had an oval chinless head with exaggeratedly pointed ears and glowing blue eyes. In place of a mouth was a T-shaped pipe, which it was pressing to Amano's forehead. From the pipe came an incessant electronic babble, as though a tape were being played too fast. |
A Japanese television company making a UFO documentary filmed Amano undergoing hypnotic regression. He recalled that the entity had instructed him to return to the mountain on a certain date. The footage was never broadcast, as the producers feared that Sayana City would be overrun by hoards of visitors seeking the robot.
Whether or not he kept the appointment himself, Amano reported no subsequent encounters. |

Without warning, La Rubia suddenly found himself outside the bus depot where he worked. One of the robots was standing beside him, and the giant disc was hovering overhead. Then the robot vanished and the disc shot straight up.
Although he went to work as usual that day, La Rubia became very ill over the weekend. He suffered from insatiable thirst, vomiting, burning throat pains and dizzy spells.
On Monday morning he returned to work and reported to the company nurse. When he told her about his abduction, she had him physically restrained, thinking he had gone mad. Luckily for La Rubia, a psychologist examined him and pronounced him sane before sending him to hospital for a check-up. It took him several days to recover from the side effects of his encounter. |
